Daphne Oz - Salad Dressing

I love this from Daphne Oz

4 T extra virgin olive oil
2 T balsamic, apple cider vinegar, or vinegar of your choice
1-2 tsp dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
splash of orange juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp honey (if desired)

Mix all together in a air tight container and enjoy!
