Here is why

I used the wire wheel in my angle grinder first, and a flap disc to smooth
the bottom a little.

I will heat it up in the grill this weekend and burn off any seasoning left on it.

Looks great. We love our cast iron as well.

We just moved into a new house and in the back yard we found a pan buried in a pile of yard debris. Cleaning it up to give it use again.
