Honey Mustard Onion Ring Cod

Picked up some cod the other day at the super market. That evening we didn't want it fried. Went to the fridge and got out some honey mustard salad dressing and smeared it on the top of the fish then got some French's Onion Rings and crushed them up and sprinkled over the cod and baked in the toaster oven. Really easy and quite tasty.

Really don't remember. Probably 350 and the onion rings were lightly browned.

How long did you bake it and what temp.

Originally did Dijon Mustard but the salad dressing looked better. Fast, easy and good for cooking in the RV without a lot of stink. BTW when is the archives for recipes going to be back up. It's things like this that we want to share.

Good to know salad dressing makes such an easy marinade.
Nothing wrong with adding Dijon mustard to salad dressing. Just another layer of flavour:).

Did you use steaks or fillets?
