Get a 8 oz philly cheese. A jar of spanish olives, and a bunch of celery. Let the philly cheese come to room temp. Take about 8 oz of olives chop up in small pieces. Mix the philly cheese and olives together. Take a stem of celery and put the mixture in the grove of the celery and have at it.
