Any new options for casting from a mobile device to a TV?

Hey folks...

I'm Looking for up to date options for casting from a mobile device to an RV TV WITHOUT a wifi connection....

I've got a 1st gen chromecast that needs a wifi connection so I know that won't work but it's many years old now....

I can use a USB-C to a HDMI cable but I'm wondering about wireless options...

If you have a phone with a hotspot then you can use Hulu to do it. I'm no expert but I have an offer from them that came with my TOGO
