I am assuming that there is no way to view a test channel on Dish prior to activation. 211z appears to be working, but only provides a screen to call for activation. Therefore is it pay and then find the problems?
Just so you know , You actually don’t “pay “ until they have it working. When you call to set up service they activate and walk you through the installation until you have verified all channels are functional. I’ve had them on the phone for 1/2 hour before others more ( that’s why I think it’s so hard to get through ) 🙂
