Good Sam Camping/Woodall's App Available for Android & Apple

Great news! Woodall's FREE iPhone App is now available in the iTunes store. Download it at http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/woodalls-rv-camping-copilot/id445868562?mt=8, or simply search "Woodall's" under Apps.

It features 12,000 campgrounds & RV parks, and over 1,000 popular attractions across North America, and is ideal for iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.

PLUS - Woodall's is having a contest and you could win $250. All you have to do is download the App, try it, and write a review in BOTH the iTunes store and the Woodall's Facebook page (Facebook.com/Woodalls)and you'll automatically be entered to win. Hi Eagelover - most models that operate Android are covered, but the Android tablet is limited right now. It is expanding all the time.

Just to be sure you did download the Android version seen here at: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.goodsam.gscamping

ETyson: I followed your instructions and I was told I would need to install Itunes first. I did the download and then went to the Google App store and went to the Good Sam Camping App and got the message : your device is not compatible with this version. I am running Android 4.2.2 on a Dell venue 8 tablet. I have been working with computers for many years but this one has me bugged. Thanks; Frank

PS: Is the app only good with Android phones???

Hello Eaglelover - the link is correct - it takes you to the Good Sam Camping app in Google Play store. This replaces the previous Woodalls and Trailer Life Diretory apps. For users with iphone you can find the app here:
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/good-sam-camping/id449060020?mt=8

And, when using just your phone - just search for 'Good Sam Camping' when using the app stores.

I have tried to find the Android version on Google Play but I only get the one that tells me it is not compatible with my tablet and I can't down load it. I have the Android operating system on a Dell Venue 8. How can I find it. Thanks Frank

The 'Find Parks Nearby' option does not work. A popup tells me to enable location services, they are. Samsung S3. I prefer a map search instead of the type in location and see a list.

I have found RV Parky to be a very good app.
