Mine has a switch on the dash marked TV/Radio I think its so the TV sound goes to the radio speakers. Do you have this switch? Or does the radio work but your not getting any sound? could be speaker wires.

Normally the TV gets power from a relay controlled outlt (Ignition cut out) Radio from a non controlled outlet
Both may share a breaker
i'm guessing you unplugged the radio while moving the TV about.. But you might have tripped the breaker or in some rigs a GFCI.
Home was where I park it. but alas the. 2005 Damon Intruder 377 Alas declared a total loss after a semi "nicked" it. Still have the radios Kenwood TS-2000, ICOM ID-5100, ID-51A+2, ID-880 REF030C most times
Power to TV and radio should be separate. I'd check to make sure a wire to the radio didn't get accidentally disconnected. Alternately, if the TV and radio share a ground, removing the TV ground could prevent the radio from working. Try regrounding the radio or reconnect the TV ground to the chassis.
