Shipping to canada with USPS, not the "courier" bandits

Hello Marcus, thanks for allowing us an avenue to ask questions.

I am wondering why Camping World will not ship through the United Sates Post Office?

We Canuks get hit with a brokerage fee that only UPS, FedEx and the other ‘couriers” impose. This “fee” usually starts at $50.00 and can go higher. The Post Office is straight forward. Pay the postage and in most cases it’s extremely reasonable. They even do pickups. So, that can’t be an excuse.

I don’t mind paying whatever taxes and sometimes duties that get applied by our wonderful government, but the brokerage fees make it impossible for us to want anything that badly.

I am sure you would see a rather large influx of new customers if you opened things up and use USPS to Canada.

Are you getting a kickback from the couriers?

Thanks, Rick

Hello All,

Thank you for your question. However this has been answered multiple times here in the forums. We are still hard at work on providing additional shipping options for Canandian Members & Customers. At this time we do understand your furstrations about this and as soon as we have a more viable solution we will let everyone know. However at this time I am going to close this thread as we can provide no more additional information at this time. Your suggestions however have been passed on on your behalf.
