The only one around, as far a I know, was Marshall when I bought my Extend A Flow 11 years ago. The Camco stuff is usually OK.

I don't see much if any difference between the Marshall & the Camco, both do exactly the same thing.

You do not have a choice, Marshall Brass dropped the line, Mr. Heater picked it up.

Actually Mr Heater was concurrent with Marshal and when Marshal apparently stopped making them for a while Sturgi stated making them.
It appears that Marshal is making them again.
I bought my Mr Heater Stay a While back in 2003 and Marshal was selling the Extend a Stay at the time.

I would of put in one of these "deluxe" models if I'd would of known about them at the time. The "deluxe" model covers about any issue you might have compared to the "regular" one. I don't exactly remember why deluxe is better but it is. Top hole you can run BBQ and bottom hole you can run RV off portable tank. Some people also install a ball cock so propane doesn't spit on you if removing hose under pressure. Other places also have them, but doing it again I would get "deluxe".

The only difference between the Extend-A-Stay standard kit and the deluxe kit was the inclusion of the 12' BBQ hose in the deluxe. The hose is readily available as an add on.

Thanks for the link....But look at the difference in price from this oneCamco Extend-A-Flow. I know what some will be saying "Why worry about $30 if you own a MH?" Answer is "Thats how I was able to have a MH, by not wasting $$$"
I'm just concerned about proper lp flow rate from the "cheaper" option

These are installed before propane regular, any type of orifice and you'll have flow and lots of it no matter which one you buy.

I bought my Marshal "extend a stay" years and years ago. I did not know of another maker.
Looking on the Amazon website for the price difference, I think that today I would buy the Camco. I like that it comes with a 5' and 12' hose.
