Is there a fuse I need to pull from my tow car before starting my trip?

2011 HHR, Yes, fuse #8 in panel beside passenger footwell. Have towed ours many,many miles. Use the fusepuller that is mounted by the fuse panel, then just leave it on the fuse. Makes it easy to replace the fuse, and to find it next time. Read you owners manual, it shows you exactly how to do it.

We have a 2008 HHR that we pull four down. Ours is an automatic and we pull fuse #8 that is located on the passenger side console. Do you have the owners manual for your car? In my manual Towing starts on page 4-32and continues through 4-34. There is more to do than just pulling a fuse.

Depends on car...manual will state. Had a Saturn, no.....had a Cavalier, no, had a Cobalt, yes...had a Fiat...no.
