Is there a way to make this car towable?

Subaru is not rear wheel drive. They are all full time 4 wheel drive. Like was said before, manual transmission can be towed, automatic transmission must be trailer towed (4 wheels off the road).

There ARE some rear-wheel drive cars that can be towed with the rear tires on a dolly and the front tires restrained from turning.

generally speaking, Subarus with manual transmissions are towable.
Subarus with automatic transmissions are not.
You can NOT dolly tow ANY Subaru!

According to what I have read, there is no way to make this vehicle 4 down towable, you need to put it on a trailer.
