Goals & Objectives
โข Live LLA Hospitalityโs values while leading your on-site team to accomplish the following:
โข Maintenance of a safe, fun, clean, and family-oriented environment
โข Ensure that campground and its amenities are fully operational
โข Recruit, train, and lead the on-site team
โข Maximize camper-nights, registration revenue, store sales, and ancillary revenue while managing expenses
โข Drive growth and promotion of campground's service offerings
โข Maintain company standards and expectations
โข Manage campgroundโs key performance indicators (KPIs)
โข Oversee capital improvements, maintenance, and other infrastructure projects
