How to tow a 2008 mercury mariner SUV behind Class A

I'm trying to figure out the recommended options for towing a 2008 Mercury Mariner SUV behind a Class-A motorhome. (Don't have the manual.) All I can find online is info for the 2009 and it seems to have a dif transmission, so I need info for the 2008. Mine is "4WD," supposedly, but is NOT a hybrid.

Any info appreciated.

08 Mariner Owners Manual

Pg 180 . 2WD and 2WD with Manual transmission can be towed 4 down, 2WD with automatic on a dolly, 4wd with automatic not at all.

Former tow vehicles were 2016 Ram 2500 CTD, 2002 Ford F250, 7.3 PSD, 1997 Ram 2500 5.9 gas engine
