Intellijacks info needed

Intellijacks has gone out of business, and I need some help. Any information you can share would be appreciated.


My Intellijacks won't retract (extend works). I think the problem is with a limit sensor. Does anyone know how to find that on a Cruiser. I know Intellijacks is out of business, is there another source of that sensor? Camping World told me they cannot install a simple extend/retract switch. Does that make sense?

Are they electric or hydraulic ? If electric should be limit switches somewhere on the jack leg. If hydraulic should be a solenoid on the hydraulic box that is not opening up allowing the fluid to drain from the jacks.
