Maintenance Coordinator needed for beautiful RV Resort in Rockport, Texas. Workkamper position coordinates maintenance and construction activities for the Resort. Knowledge of maintenance and construction including plans and specs, material lists and scheduling required. Schedules the maintenance staff of seasoned workkampers including housekeeping, shop, grounds and call staff. Computer skills vital to communicate with owners, staff, third party vendors, internet sourcing of unique parts and materials, and use of a cloud based CMMS system (computerized maintenance management system). This position coordinates with front desk operations and accounting/bookkeeping directors and interfaces directly with customers to ensure our campers are indeed happy!
