Another SHOUT OUT! to Nebraska Companies

Had a gravel ding in the windshield, found an INTER-TECH Collision Center location in Gretna. Talked with the Shop Manager, Jeramie Vargas, about a repair. He called his window people, set up an appointment for the next day for them to come to the West Omaha KOA in Gretna to do the repair. When I asked for a repair estimate, he said "No charge."
Next afternoon, two men from OMAHA GLASS PRO showed up along with Mr. Vargas. Repair was done quickly and efficiently and, as stated at no charge. Unfortunately, I didn't get the nemes of the two men from Glass Pro.
Can't beat customer service like that!

In my initial conversation with Mr. Vargas, I asked for an estimate. He called his go-to glass people, Omaha Glass Pro to make the appointment. I asked about the estimated cost and he said "No charge." He said that Glass Pro gets a lot of business from them, and they had a very good working relationship.
