Looking to tow a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 4dr behind my Fleet wood toga 31ft. The question is I have the V10 will it work or is that to much to pull. I live near the mountains so I will be doing a lot of hills. Can I do it?

I used to tow an '06 Jeep wrangler Rubicon Unlimited 2 door, equipped with custom bumpers, winch, Handi-Man jack, added skid plates, rock rails, oversized tires, and a 30 gallon gas tank over the Continental Divide (Marias Pass on U.S. 2, Homestake Pass on I-90, and Monida Pass on I-15). At first, I had a 1995 Tioga Class C with the 460 V8, and it did OK. Then, I got the coach in my sig. and the V10 is MUCH better.
I have no idea what the Jeep weighed. I did not weigh it.
Now, I no longer have the Jeep, and I have the truck set up for being towed. I have not weighed it, either.
IMO, success is more important than numbers.

According to Automobile magazine, for a 2013, gross vehicle weight (lbs): 5,277, published curb weight (lbs): 4,277.

OP doesn't say if he'll be driving in the eastern mountains or the Rockies. Gasoline engines lose 3% or more of their horsepower for each thousand feet of elevation. In the West a lot of long pulls begin at 7,000 feet or more.

At either side of the country he'll want to make sure his cooling system is in top shape, all fluids are clean and topped off, and to use the gears so as not to lug the engine or overheat the transmission. Don't be in a hurry up those hills.
