Wiring on 09 Jeep Wrangler

The right turn signal and brake light have stopped working on my Jeep. They work fine with Jeep turn signal but do not work when connected to mh. I have fire at the end of the cable from mh and fire at backside of connector on Jeep. I have tried to locate where the flat 4 wire harness connects to the Jeep's wiring but I can't find it. Since all the other lights work, I was planning to run a single wire for the right turn/brake. Does anyone know where I would connect the wire?

On my 14 it connects by below the left tail. I used this to figure out the Jeep color code. I do not have the info with me in Colorado. Edited to say: I remember having to route a wire over from left to right probably for the same issue.
