50amp shore power outlet to 15amp "side of house" receptacle

I am having my 30amp 5th wheel converted to 50amp service. I park my RV on the side of my house, where there is a 15amp household outlet less than 8 feet away. I have always plugged my 30amp cord into that outlet, using a 30 to 15amp adapter.

Here's the deal. My 30amp cord was of the old "pull it out of the little hatch" variety. I only had to pull the cord out slightly to hook it up to the 15amp outlet. No muss, no fuss.

The new 50amp service cord will be of the "twist-lock" type. Therefore, I would have to have the entire, 25 foot cord outside, laying on the ground, in order to use it with an 50/15amp adapter. I would rather not do that.

The ideal situation would be some sort of a short, 50amp twist-lock cord or adapter that I could plug into the nearby 15amp outlet. The long 50amp shore cord not being used at all.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I have 50 amp also, tweety's.com had a twist lock 90 degree that connects to the camper, I think putting less stress on the connection, also they had a 50 amp to 115 twist lock to connect to that.
Then all you need is a good extension cord.
This is what I use however as you know you cannot power everything.
If you cannot take good care of what you have, you will not have anything good for very long!!!
