An AGM Temp Comp Battery Maintainer That Doesn't BUZZ?

I cannot seem to find one that does not BUZZ. So called desulfation that is a ripoff in that ALL BATTERY CHARGERS BUZZ without any circuit changes. Why should I have to buy a capacitor?

Float 13.3 @ 25c temperature compensated.

I'm serious. Do any of these gizmos not have Herb Tarlek grade stupidity?

I have an older version of one of these. No buzzing at all ... as there's nothing to buzz because they're solid state. However they have the usual problem - expensive. I spent big bucks for mine years ago when I was heavy into bass fishing ... but solid state innards can eliminate the buzz:
