2014 Dutchmen Voltage 3990. 3 ac’s and my Dometic CCC2 is no longer showing
zone 1 anymore. The issue arose from having changed my fan motor out back in August, son comes up top to help and accidentally hits the dip switches and then threw an E1 code. We were actually camping and at a family reunion at the time and the front and rear ac were working so I said I’ll just deal with it later. I’m staying in it now for work out of town and a few weeks ago I read that if I disconnected all power it would reset and should fix the problem. Well I did that and when I plugged it back in and how well it worked, it took zone 1 completely off the thermostat with it only showing zones 2 & 3 now. I’ve tried everything, the unplugging all power to reset, tried holding the zone and mode button to reset, and then I even went and bought the circuit board that goes up top in the unit and replaced it and still cannot get zone 1 back up. I did the unplug all power reset initially because I learned that zone 1 also operates the heat which I have none of now and wish I hadn’t. I don’t think it’s a communication error anymore because that’s what the E1 code is because I put in a brand new circuit board and its operating zones 2 & 3. I truly am thinking it has something to do with the dip switches and I have searched relentlessly for how this particular setup should be set on the dip switches and don’t think I have found the accurate settings for it yet. If anyone could help or point me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciative!!!
