Mine are not late model (year 2003), but the info I have might help. I replaced one of the motors about 7 years ago. I had a hard time getting the right motor. They sent me one with welded-on tabs(for mounting) and mine mount differently. I sent it back, and pleaded for help. Finally, I got to talk to a lady that knew her stuff, and she found me the right motor, even though her catalog system did NOT show it to be the correct motor for my Penguins. I think it's that they really don't want you to replace the motor. The way I see it, a RV techie could not make money doing it. It takes too many hours, and the customer would not be happy. IMO it's only cost effective when the owner does the work. The job is not easy, and it takes patience, savy, and a couple of special tools.
I went up and took a picture of the motor info-plate and a photo of the mount system (with my wife's iphone). I do not know how to load them into my PhotoBucket, where I could then post them here. However, she can e-mail them to me and I can forward the e-mail to you. If you want to see the photos, PM me your e address.
