Keeping Chassis Battery Charged

Our motorhome is not wired to keep the chassis battery charged. Is there an easy way or best way to accomplish this other than starting the engine? It seems they wired up our wheelchair lift to it and after sitting in the same place for a couple of weeks, the lift use drained the battery. I have a battery tender on it now. Thanks.

Easiest is a combiner called Trik-L-Start
