Liquid Rubber Roof or new EPDM Roll roofing?

Hello everyone, haven't posted in a while - Have a 2000 Coachman Santara 31'. 1st off I am disabled but my wife is not. We found a leak in the cabover and fairly bad rot in the slide in bed area above the driver /passenger seat. that can be handled with different 2 part epoxies - we have been told to seal the side walls to the curved front cabover with a high end boat epoxy. but it is time for a new roof - I cannot afford the high end bedliner type which is $4k and up - or to have a shop do it - also $3700+ . Did much research and between the EPDM Liquid Rubber Roof - probably about $6-$700 or a 60 mil EPDM white roll roofing about $7-$900.

Has anyone had the liquid rubber roof for any length of time? I pretty much know what to expect with he roll roofing - factory or better (probably better because we would do what the factory neglected to.

But the liquid rubber although is sounds great, I would love to hear from people who have done it. how has it held up? Is it really maintenance free?

thanks all - any suggestions would be much appreciated. BTW I am in Miami - hot hot hot. If anyone wants to help - just come on by!

where is it $100 per ft in FL? Prices I was quoted were $3700 plus extra minimum ( i have only 261/2 of roof)

A new epdm rv rubber roof in Florida is $100.00 a foot Not including carpentry(rot soft spots ect) and that comes with new plumbing vents kitchen base and cap new a/c gaskets then instead of lap sealant, self leveling caulking using a 4" fiber backed seam tape, you will get 20 years plus with a maintenance free roof.

Those prices don't sound right- that would be a valid price for materials and labor for the Liquid Roof, but way to low for the EPDM membrane. The parts and labor to install a new roof is considerable- removing everything from the roof, including edge molding, install new decking, cut holes in new decking, glue the membrane down, reinstall everything on the roof.

I did the Liquid Rubber Roof on an older 5th wheel about 9 years ago. Have since traded 5vers but talked to the person who still has my old one and he has had not problems.
