Onan 7500 watt generator will not start

FYI :
My generator would not start. I just had the oil and filters changed so my first guess was the fuel line had air in it but that was not the problem. The problem was a wire had broken off on top of the unit that modulates the fuel when the generator is under load. If you have a Onan 7500 watt generator you will see a black cover that is held on by a black wire tie make sure it is not pressing down on the two white wires . I think the pressure and vibration of the cover on the wire connectors made the connector break.
