Question how to remove/replace in-ceiling "puck" light bulb

Hello all,
I have a 2012 Heartland 5th wheel, with 2 flush-mount, smoked glass "puck lights" in the ceiling, controlled by a wall switch.

One of the lights have burned out.

I have done a bit of research and it seems the light fixture is held in the ceiling with spring-arms, kind of like a toggle bolt.

It has a smoked glass, flush mount lens.

I am pretty good mechanically, and I can't figure out how to get this thing out or change the bulb. If you pull straight out, the spring arms are locked behind the ceiling. I've tried rotating the fixture, and I can't find any sweet spot.. anyone have experience with this??

I just want to vouch, and thank you for the advice.
Yes, pull straight down, you can support the ceiling a bit with your hands around it so it doesnt have a chance to tear.

The springs WILL fold up, then as mentioned, just hold the fixture, and push and turn the lens.

Again, big thank you for the help on this! I can rebuild a small block ford in 42 minutes, but couldnt figure out how to get those darn lights out! haha!

Best to all, enjoy the summer!

Brulaz, pull harder and pull straight down. You won't break anything the springs are quite strong.

Actually to change the bulb if you push up on the glass lens and turn it counter clockwise most of the covers will come off without removing the light from the ceiling. when installing the new bulb do not touch it with your bare hands as the oil in your skin will cause the bulb to burn out earlier. Be careful not to drop the glass cover as they are hard to come by if you break it.

I replaced all my bulbs with LEDS G4 2.2W 190-Lumen 12 SMD 5050 LED Reading Light White/Warm White Bulb Lamp DC12V. got them on ebay for $1.50 each with free shipping.

Same issue here.

Hmmmm, mine are already LEDs. But the lens looks like the picture above. Don't recall seeing the springs.

When I pull on the fixture it comes down about 1/4" and then sticks. I hesitate to pull harder ... but the springs should collapse if I do?

When I try to rotate the lens, the whole assembly turns, so I need to pull the fixture out and get a better grip on it I guess.
