Scooter deep cycle battery???

Bought a 12 volt deep cycle battery 6 months ago . It was charged but I never used the scooter and never charged the battery for the 6 months. Is the battery still good if I charge it and will it hold a charge or is it shot?

But yes. You are perfectly correct in pointing out difficulties. I must be constantly reminded that a paragraph's worth of data simplified to a single sentence may not be optimum. As I write this I am calculating a logarithmic formula to represent external voltage adjustment span in a Meanwell converter like resistance 1-2-4-7-11-16-21 ohms for specific voltage targets.

The battery in question needs to be equalized then load tested. Actual 5% equalization. 5.0 amps constant current until 16.0 volts is reached. I've not the ability to scout all sectors for a (affordable) constant current machine to do this. Have you seen one?

What kind of electrical tester do you have and where in AZ do you live? Yuma is light years different than Flagstaff.

depends on how 'low' it got
zero volts forget it
10v maybe usable at reduced capacity
