I have a large DP with and installed Surge Guard Plus Model 40250-RVC Automatic Transfer Switch with RV Power Protection 120/250V 50A, 60Hz.
The coach does not want to hook-up to a 50amp , receptacle that is showing L1 - 124v, L2 - 127v, LI to ground & to neutral - 124v, L2 to ground and to neutral - 127v. L1 to L2 - 252v.
The generator connects and works fine. Also the auto Genset start works as designed.
I CAN connect to a 30 amp receptacle via a dog-bone adapter at the receptacle on the L1 -124v side of the pedestal.
The specs for the Surge Guard say below 132v range is OK.
Any ideas why I cannot connect to the 50amp power.
I'm using the same power cord for all connections.
