I had them on 6v battery tenders over the winter.
Topped off the fluid with distilled water to the notch as noted. Cleaned them nice and pretty and set them in the garage to install next day.
The Next day one of them was wet near one of the end cells. I assume it just bubbled over just sitting there, but was surprised as it was not on a charge. Looking into the cells I can see it is always bubbling, so I suppose it could have just overflowed naturally. I lowered the levels and will check it later today. No obvious signs of cracking on the case anywhere.
Everything points to overfilling at this stage. What I am reading is saying only fill to 1/2 inch above the lead or 1/8 inch below fill tubes. I have always "topped them off.." to the cut as mentioned.
I did upgrade my converter, so that should not be an issue.
This is what I am thinking about, but there seems to be an issue with the T105's
