2002 GMC AC....

Well... The AC in my truck quit working about 5 years ago so last year I decided I would fix it.

Pulled the whole thing apart and replaced the compressor, condenser, receiver/dryer, and flushed all the lines on the bench, and flushed the evaporator while still installed. I also replaced every high and low pressure switch in the whole system.

I bought the tools to vac it down and recharge using the proper amount of PAG 46 oil.

Everything worked fine until last week. NO cold air from the vents and I could see that there was a leak at the high pressure service valve. SO... Today I ordered 3 cans of R134A, new Schrader valves (I will replace BOTH)from Amazon for $41 delivered to my door.

I figure I may need to add another ounce of PAG 46, vac it back down an make sure it holds for an hour, and re-charge.

I just keep telling myself.... I think I can, I think I can.
