I'm trying to be subjective.... firm enough.... not so firm...

I am planning on reusing the white "slide" material that is between the foam and the cover over.
Good foam will be expensive... I'll want to order just exactly the correct amount....

After removing the big piece of foam I saw another zipper... it gives us access to the foam under my knees.
Time to remove the cover.... zippers... different chambers (pockets) for the existing foam.

The blue area is thicker and softer... the light colored area was firm to give maximum support and still not be like a board.

I like the way they are made.... this area is under your knees... keeps the cushion from having a hard edge that digs into my boney legs....
