I installed a new 15,000 BTU AC unit on our TT last year. It has work like a champ till yesterday. I know the trailer has power. The circuit breaker is not tripped. I have no reason to suspect the thermostat. What do I check and how. I'd like to check the start capacitor but not sure how. When I raise and lower the thermostat I get nothing no click or hum out of anything. I'm looking for ideas on what to check and how. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

I found 13.2 in the red to blue wire. I am under the assumption that the thermostat is bad as I don't get heat either. I checked the fuse in the thermostat and it's good.

Any Ideas which wire is supposed to have the 12 volts in it?

Hi,

Yes the thermostat will run on 12 volts DC, mine does. If the fan will not start or even hum, you probably do not have 12 VDC. Or might have a bad fuse on the thermostat wire.
