Advice on Trail lite trek 242

Looking at the R-Vision trail lite trek 242. Have not heard much on this brand. Can someone give me pros and cons on weither I should purchase this unit or not. And, has the company been bought out.

I can't speak directly to the Trek 242, but my Trail-Lite Crossover 200S is great. I Bought it this year and have done only 6 trips with it but so far I like the quality, it's comfortable, and tows great.
