Anybody know whats under the Jayco x20e couch? Take out?

HI everyone,
Looking at getting the Jayco x20e .. But one problem. My husband is disabled and needs to sleep in a recliner/lazyboy. I love the Jayco x20e so I was wondering if I could take out the couch and replace with a couple of recliners?

Does anyone know if it is just flat floor under the couch or does it have a high ledge?

If memory serves I believe the drive unit that opens the slide is under the couch. Honestly I think that whole slide/couch is designed to be one piece. That said if your real handy nothing is imposssible...
