We have the Apex 288BHS. It is a nice TT. The AC is louder than the unit we had in our old Jayco. It is ducted and thermostat controlled which is nice. It tows easily and the light weight has helped the TV.

We've had it 15 months and the only issue was a leak in the slide the day we brought it home. The factory had broken off a couple of the screws when installing the slide. Dealer removed and replaced them.

Happy camping since then.

My camping buddy has a 26bhs and he camps with his wife and two kids. He can't stop bragging about it and I don't blame him. It is a great camper. Far superior to my Jayco JayFlight.

I emailed Wilmington RV and asked about the Apex and a Lance models they had on their website. Their reply:

"Im confused which unit would you like to purchase. Two totally different
units in quality and price. Usually a Honda buyer isn't interested in and
cant afford a BMW." - Keven

I replied that I was not sure how much my parents wants to put into a TT. So I asked if he wanted to help or should I look elsewhere. His reply:

"That's up to you"

Now I know they answer a lot of emails from folks they never see and it can be frustrating at times. However, these are reasonable questions I would think folks would ask before driving 2 hours to look or buy.

Needless to say I will recommend that my parents purchase elsewhere.

No doubt. Idiot salesman. Hope hid boss finds out.

Thanks. Parents & I went by a local dealership & they looked at the 22qb, 214rb & 215 with outside kitchen. They seemed to like the 22qb the best. I think the tag inside said $19500. I saw the exact same model in Wilmington for $17800 or so.

Just joined so will try again to reply. We have had our 214Rb for just over 2 years and love it. Had a minor shower drain leak but otherwise no problems. Tows great, easy setup and take down. Good quality and plenty of storage for the two of us.

Apex was a front runner for us until we walked through a bunch of comparable models. Very little storage and the ground clearance is very low. We ended up buying a Dutchmen.

I like mine. Every thing works as it should. Brakes are great, and it tows very well. I really like the AZDEL siding, and that it can't rot.
