Might look at Arizona's Affordable Diesel Tech. I have not used them, but they have good reviews.
AffordableI would first have your glow plugs or the controller for them checked. A friend with a Ford diesel of your vintage went through a lot of glow plugs. It got so he'd just change them before each winter so he didn't have problems when parking the truck while out snow machine riding for several days.
