Can't find this answer anywhere, sorry if it's basic!!!
I've got a travel trailer and want do dry camp. I've got a Yamaha ef2400ishc generator and a ctek 25000 battery charger. When I hook up the charger to my 12v battery, do I need to disconnect it from the TT? I'm just not sure if the charger could damage the inverter in any way.
Thanks in advance!

My converter is an old Magnetek & a tech recommended that I disconnect the battery from the coach prior to using a portable charger if there was any possibility of exceeding 14.2 volts.
I'm an expert in only one field....I believe it's somewhere in Kansas.

No need to disconnect the battery unless the charging voltage will exceed 15.4 volts.
