I personally have never understood any reason for dragging around all that excess weight. Our light weight skillets and pans work fine.

If you like creole, this recipe for Sausage Creole from the Dutch Oven Dude is my favorite and a big hit with family and friends. Easy to make over the campfire. I generally use half Kielbasa and half Louisiana Hot Links for the sausage. Oh...and some fresh jalapenos really make it!
