Electric Tongue Jack advice

Here we go... I am looking to put an electric tongue jack on my new Coachman Freedom Express 29SE, tongue weight <800 lbs.

I am going to go with a 3500, just wondering what brands are dependable and if there are any I should stay away from?

I have had Atwood and Barker at different times and different TT. Both were great, no problems. The Ultra Fab did not last two years and it was new. Shered the pins two different times. Had to put a bucket over the top to keep the water out. So in my opinion buy either the Atwood 3500 or Barker 3500

Been using the same UltraFab 3500 for many years and no company offers better customer service.

Steve, Welcome to the forum. When I bought my jack I went with the Barker VIP 3500. No special reason just other members recommended it. I hear Atwood also is a reliable brand. I did see Bulldog at the dealers showroom but do not know anyone using one.

From what I read here on the fourm, they are all pretty dependiable. Might stay away from the no- name brands on tool wholesale web sites. Don't skim on the capacity.
