First Time out Catalina 333BHTSCK no AC/110v

Brand new unit. Plugged into 15amp shore power at home and everything worked fine. First time to campground and now we only have 12v. Checked and flipped all breakers. Confirmed that camp power is working, gfi outlet wouldn't trip/reset so I replaced. Still no 110v power, only battery. Any ideas? I can't find a spot to reset the converter, maybe there isn't?

Not that i can see, I've looked everywhere i can think of to try and find something. I'm not sure if the TT has a surge, my mistake for not asking when purchased.

Do you have a surge protector in line? It could be disabling power due to a dropped ground.
