Flashing rope light

On a recent camping trip, we saw a rope light that was basically blue but had intermittent flashing white lights. Gave it a sparkling effect. Was not able to touch base with the owner of the trailer. Has anyone else seen such an animated light and where did they get it and what was in named/called?

Party hardy campers are the reason I switched from a hybred to hard camper. Loud music yelling and so on. I too go camping to escape. I hate when noisy campers drink and party till 3 am they make me not want to go anymore. I don't care about the lights

And quiet. Listening to someone else's choice of music is just noise to me. If you want music fine, but keep the volume on your site please.

You are probably looking for "Fairy Rope Lights". I don't care where you use them. If you like them, use them. Too many people on this forum with the attitude that "If I don't like them no one should have them". SAD....

Well, it IS a forum first and foremost devoted to things camping and you did post it in the "trailer" section.. Pretty much seems like you WERE considering it for your RV Trailer and campsite..

Perhaps asking in the TECH section and prefacing with "this is not for use at my campsite" might get you an answer without a lecture?

But hey, I DID give you information how to find what you asked for, I guess that wasn't good enough though..

Oh, sorry, I gave you another "lecture" :R

How about not.

My DD gets migraines from over exposure to bright flashing lights so what you think is cute may cause issues for others. Not to mention sometimes just makes your campsite look like the circus has come to town. A few simple hanging lights around can be plenty of tacky..

To your question, perhaps try searching for color changing rope light, flashing rope light or chasing rope light?
