We had an 05 Cherokee Lite 28A. Loved the layout except for the front bedroom with just a curtain. We now have an 07 Cherokee 32B it's layout is perfect. We had no issues with either. They both were/are very good mid level trailers. We bought both new. If I was going to buy another new trailer I would be looking at another Cherokee.

I have a 2015 Grey Wolf 26 bh and I like it . Many things go thru your mind when selecting. In 40 years we have had 14 RVs. this time I wanted something lightweight , and simple . I wanted no slides or outside kitchens, washer/dryer , three air conditioners , none of that . I like to travel and do not want to spend all my time waiting on warranty work for something that I never use . The Grey Wolf like everything is a compromise , there may be better quality but they will weigh more and require more truck and more fuel .

Cant beat it for the price you pay, it's a budget camper so as long as you know that going in you should hopefully be happy (of course there are lemons in all brands/makes) I posted this a while back:

We have a 2012 Grey Wolf 17BH, we bought it new in 2012 and have had absolutely no issues. We average 40-50 nights a year and we camp every month of the year (winterize/de-winterize in the cold months) Our's is small and does not have a slide so there is naturally less to go wrong but it is a very solid trailer for a very very good price, ours (like most) came with power everything. Every camper is going to have minor maintenance issues/fixes that need to be done, but it hasnโ€™t been back to the dealer once and I am always pleased when I look under the covers to check on things in this camper.

The same thing happened to our 2011 Jayco 24FBS.
At that time it was out of warranty.
I contacted Dexter (my axle mfg.) and they sold me larger capacity axles direct to me, at a good price. I went from 3000 lbs axles to 5000 lbs axles and was able to use the same springs ,wheel bearing, brake hubs and wheels. Just had to change the spring u bolts as the axles tubes were a larger diameter with the higher capacity axle. never had another problem with tire wear.
See if the dealer can negotiate with the TT mfg. or the axle mfg. for higher capacity axle tubes even if you have to pay the difference between the 3000 lbs and 5000 lbs axle.

We have a 28BH and like most of it. The camper is great but watch the axles. When we first got ours we pulled it about 3000 miles and the tires were gone. I carried it back to the dealer and they ordered new axles saying mine were out of spec. They replaced the axles but I have the same problem, less than 3000 miles and the insides are slick on the left side. Dealer is 2 hours away so it's a hassle to carry back. I am trying to find someone local to align my axles before I replace the tires. Just make sure it's aligned before you leave with it. Other than that I am happy with the camper.
