Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I just wanted to give a pat on the back to the folks at RedTrailers.com
I had been looking high and low for some replacement parts to upgrade my Reese weight distribution hitch. We have a planned western trip with our rig scheduled to leave next week and I wanted to get the upgrades done before leaving. It seems that nobody had everything I needed in stock. There was even one place that said they did have everything available, took the order, and then sat on it until I called to follow up, at which point they told me it was backordered until mid Sept.!:M
After a few weeks of the runaround treatment elsewhere, I contacted RedTrailers. They basically had to take the parts I needed out of an existing box with a full distribution hitch set up and pulled out the parts I needed. Then to make sure I received them on time they sent the parts NEXT DAY AIR!! (All included under the free shipping advertized on their website!)
It's not often these days to find people who understand what real customer service is like. The folks at RedTrailers.com are some of the few and proud. If you have any needs from hitches to wheels, lights, etc. give them a try!
I am known to be pretty vocal at times when I don't like the service I recieve. It is only fair for me to do the same when my expectations are exceeded like they were in this case.
