happijack malfunction

new guy on this site! I have happijack on my camper, rear driver jack stopped working, doesn't seem to have power. Where should I begin? any thoughts

check fuse. If not poped than while trying to lower/raise that specific jack hit the motor with a rubber mallet

Find the main control box and make sure the wire connections and any fuses are good.

If you have a meter, you can check the plug for power when the jack button is activated and for continuity across the motor windings when no power is applied.

Swap the jack to another electrical connection (different corner of the TC) to see if it is a wiring issue or the motor has failed.
