Help with identifying controls

I have a question about the controls under a plate on the side of my pop up camper. What do these controls do? (see link)

Link is to a picture that is local on your machine. Will not work! Pictures must be uploaded to a web server such as IMGUR for publication on the web, as you computer probably is not ser up as a web server. Use the picture upload appdetailed in Forum tech support topic, and it is easy as can be. just slide your picture to the app, and it uploads automatically, and gives you the link to post in you message. Try it, its really easy and pretty fast depending on you internet speed.
