The site DOES NOT automatically resize them... See my edited post above for resizing - that should help...
If you see an "edited by moderator" statement at the bottom of the post, I resized your pictures...

If your uploading your picture files to your photo hosting in the maximum resolution of your camera and don't know how to resize, just insert the statement width=640 right after the .jpg extension in the img code after you paste it in the RV.Net forums... Make sure you use a space between the .jpg and width statement...
