Keystone Hideout 177LHS or Viking Ultra Lite 17FQ

Hi guys,

Well, we've refined our search to possibly these two units. We decided that the wet bath on the Retro was an issue we couldn't overcome.

I was wondering if anybody has any thoughts about the build quality on the Keystone vs the Viking. On paper, they look pretty similar, but the Ultra Lite is about 400 lbs lighter. And the Ultra Lite is about 3k cheaper than the here in Las Vegas. Of course, that could just be the difference in the dealers.

The Hideout has an 8k air conditioner, the Ultra Lite a 13.5k.

Any thoughts?

The Hideout is loaded about 1000 pounds heavier, it carries more. It has a much better view out the dinette side and rear windows.

The Viking has a walk around bed instead of a cozy in bed.

Save yourself a bundle and get a unit two years old in good shape.
