When the WH is bypassed you hook a hose on the spray port and pump a little antifreeze thru.
For those confused, a spray port is common on toy haulers for washing off the toys. If you Google "RV spray port" your queries will be answered.

.........My (stupid) question is: when I'm ready to winterize - and bypass the water heater tank - do I treat the spray port the same way I will do with the other hot water faucets in the trailer and pump pink RV antifreeze through that port?
