Cleaning everything around the gas delivery area may prove beneficial. That would include the orifice of the pilot tube. That is done by removing the orifice, soaking in alcohol, and then blowing forced air back through the small hole. The thermocouple (if so equipped) can be cleaned and then lightly sanded with high grit emery cloth or similar. If your oven has a flame sensor it should be checked for proper location, cleanliness, and the absence of cracks.
A lot of times, the oven gas delivery is a matter of cleaning and locating the parts correctly. Sometimes, the thermostat will fail. The entire stove is usually easy to remove and that allows an easier, more ergonomic bench location or transport to a technician.
Good luck with the stove.
